I can’t say enough good things about Advantage Glass Inc. Today I had a second windshield chip fixed and it almost completely disappeared like the first chip. 30 minutes to repair with no wait. And the $50 was much less than the $250 Safelite quoted me.

I do not recommend this company, nor will I ever use them again if given the choice. We were "stuck" with this company after a contractor broke a window during a project. They were hired to replace the glass. During the first order, they ordered the wrong item. After several weeks, when we were finally told they would be installing, they didn't show up nor did they call to say they couldn't make the appointment. On the 2nd go round, we were told they would inform us of an installation time in the morning. After 2 1/2 hours in to the work day, with no contact, we called the main office. They couldn't tell us when their installers would be there, just that we were supposedly on the schedule and they would call 30 minutes before arrival. I find it quite ridiculous that a professional company can't better manage a schedule so their customers are not waiting and wondering if, or when, they may show up. People have to take time off of work to ensure they are available and when you have to take whole days without even really knowing if the company is going to bother showing up, it's quite inconvenient and a very poor business practice. As someone that also works with the public, I'd be ashamed to treat my customers this way.Services: Window installation

I took my truck there to get My rear view mirror glued back onto my windshield. It was humid that morning so they had trouble and they finally got the button taped up and told me to come back on Monday. So I did and the button came off again. They didn't told me to come back around noon so that the sun would be out and I did bring it back around 11:30 and the guy that was working there came out and put my button back on my windshield. Let the sun do its thing and then he put my rear view mirror back on and he did not charge me any more money for that. I highly recommend advantage Glass! Advantage Glass has good prices and great people!
