Motorcycle Tire Repair- EXCELLENT
After limping into Boone Monday night after trying a roadside puncture repair, Tuesday morning I started calling around to local tire shops to see if someone could install a better plug in my rear tire (it's not on the sidewall), after so many "no, we can't do it), I found Performance Tire and Auto on the Google search.
Right off, the woman that answered, said yes, no problem. I'm on my way.
The service tech (wish I got his name) dropped what he was doing, came out, looked at the spot, made two attempts to successfully get the leaked stopped. And, he's fast.
Payment -seemed like neither the women in the office or the tech wanted payment, pay them, this is a service and parts cost money.
I left there with a 300 mile trip home, figured if the leak didn't hold, I could always find a motorcycle dealer along the way for a inside patch. No need, held fine all the way.
Thank you Performance Tire and Auto, you saved the day/trip.
If you have a motorcycle that needs a plug, don't waste time, call Performance Auto and Tire first.

The best place I have found in Boone! I own a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and after being screwed over at a dealership which amounted to my truck needing tires within a year of owning it, I was absolutely blessed to find this place. Don’t waste your money. Come here, find what you need and get it done right for an honest price. The techs there know what they’re doing and they’re not out to take advantage of your wallet.

Do not use, do not trust. Lied about the services they performed on my vehicle on May 23 2024. If not lied, at least they did not perform services properly. To give them the benefit of the doubt, can at least suggest not to use this place due to failure of service and possibly lying. Claimed to have plugged my tire (not true) and confirmed it was good to go, Tire went flat one hour later.

Please don't ever go to this garage.i just had my car worked on and their macanic Levi worked on my car .when I pulled out and went to a store my car started leaking water really bad so I went home and looked under my hood this is what I found my main hose to my reservoir that goes to my radiator was completely off and broke on the far corner under my hood laid the super glue and the clamp .they think they can fool people I had another mechanic look at it the mechanic said it was done by not unconnecting hoses properly. I don't think their mechanic Levi is SARA certified

Had four tires put on. They did a great job, very polite, popped them on same day, and the young men were quick, but thorough! I highly recommend this garage for any vehicle maintenance! Great group of people.

Great experience please read entire review! My son and I had a flat tire on the side of the road, changed it to the donut and limped it to Performance. I walked in and said I'm looking for a hero to save me. The owner humbly replied., all the heros are dead. Respect to all service members and veterans. It was closing time when I showed up, I was given not only one used tire for the one that went flat but also another for the other back tire that had wires showing and probably wouldn't get me home for an extremely fair price and it all happened in less than 45 minutes. Thank God we still have honest, genuine, small business owners in America that care! Please support this fantastic family tire and repair shop.

My experience absolutely terrible they took them 1 hour plus to put a single plug in my tire . In addition to that the employees work extremely unprofessional using curse words and Is blasting inappropriate music. This tire shop could not find an air truck to feel my tire after today charged absorbent prices For a single tire plug $30 outrageous. Furthermore Here is the kicker I had to use my own spray bottle with soap in it So they could find the leak. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any tire shop ever in my 44 years of living. I don't recommend ever going there. If I could give them negative stars I would have.

I’ve been here several times and they’ve saved me a lot of money. They’re very Friendly and do a great job. All the tires that we’ve gotten over the Past few years have been good quality and a good price. I would definitely recommend.

Great group of people here, always willing to do go the extra step to get people taken care of, especially if you're in need of a couple tires or if you've got a flat, go see these folks!

The guy had me run around town collecting my own parts and then we set an appointment for the next morning. When I got there the receptionist told me all the mechanics were taking the day off because they were tired so they canceled on me. Not to mention the office and waiting area are beyond disgusting. Like an old trailer house that a bunch of junkies live in. Dilapidated and smells like 1,000 cigarettes.

Performance Tire and Auto is a great place to get your car worked on. They are very direct in what is wrong with your car and they do not try to swindle or scam you. They will give you their best opinion, advice, and price on the problem at hand; as well as fix it in a very timely manner. I would highly suggest taking your car here if something is wrong with your car, or even just for a checkup!
