“We stopped by for sandwiches and boy were they amazing! Chicken salad on sourdough was perfect. Also got a jar or bread and butter pickles and they paired amazingly with it. We will be back!”

Doughnuts, fresh ground coffee, alcoholic beverages, monster energy, and soo much more! They have stuff for kids like, beanie babies. Potatoe chips cigarette's and all affordable. Nice employee's who will always greet you as you are walking in the door and both stores I've been to have bathrooms fro both men and women, and they separated! I really have a great experience anytime I visit so I give 5 ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Great Speedway. All of the different grades of gas have their own nozzles - nice - so when you get premium, you don't get a hose full of regular first - cool. They also have diesel, and tall canopies and a large lot to turn around in.Well stocked convenience store.Very clean restrooms.”

A 12 stalls, including 1 accessible stall, up to 250kwh on CVS parking lot supercharger station in Boone. It's mentioned as 250kwh charging power, but actually really slow, couldn't keep up to 115kwh if more than 2 cars charging. While my original review was accurate, at the time, I’ve seen positive changes in this pharmacy. Shawn (or Sean) has gone above and beyond to help my husband with a prescription that is not often in stock and very necessary to my husband’s health. It’s all about the right people doing the right thing for the people that depend on them. This pharmacy staff seems to be working with new leadership and headed in the right direction.
Original Review
It is obvious the pharmacy staff is overworked and stressed, but that does not give Pharmacist Josiah or any other pharmacy staff the right to treat customers as if they are an inconvenience, rudely, and talk down to people (or ignore them). I experienced this first hand, and watched them treat two elderly customers (who needed help and had questions) like they were a bother, like they were stupid and insignificant. No circumstance makes that okay. CVS Corporate-if you cannot staff properly, stop offering all the additional services until you can. Josiah and staff- maybe consider sensitivity training or a job in which you do not directly interface with people.”

“I love this place. Prices are a bit steep, but I’ve never come here looking for some kind of festive food item and not found it. This is the only place within a hundred miles that you’ll find mulling spice and cider. Quality of produce and packaged items is universally high.”
