Turned off the minute I walked in. I understand COVID precautions but asking people to put hand sanitizer on when you walk in. Really!!! Going too far!! I really don't understand that piece. Did they sanitize the clothes when they put them out? Don't mind the mask rule and social distancing.

On July 3rd, Chico’s added a major flare of unexpected pleasantries to my much needed “Getaway” day. A young lady named Jane was extremely receptive to my anguish in determining what looks good on me, honestly and gently. She had excellent taste in what goes with what and what is in fashion now for my 70+years. Jane is quite patient and and clearly happy about what she is doing. That makes a major difference in my shopping experience. Thank you Jane, you helped make my day., not to mention renewed my clothes closet!
