horrible experience and will never shop here again. my Son bought a pair of pants for his Girlfriend and didn't notice until he gave them to her that they had a rip on the bottom. he called and then I called and talked to the store manager and she would not let him exchange them. horrible customer service and now my Son has to see if they can be repaired at an alterations and spend more money or out 30.00 there are so many nice shops with friendly great customer service in the area. don't waste your time or money in this shop.

Love shopping here, customer service is wonderful and the employees are great. The one thing I will say is that checking out took FOREVER, a square and a barcode scanner would be very helpful for how busy it gets - it would help the customers and the nice people who work there. Safer, more secure, and probably easier for inventory purposes. Any business with an outdated POS system is risky for customers and the owners.

LOVE. THIS. STORE. I found today and love everything in it! Coolest makes from local artists and some great finds. Good place to buy gifts. The two young ladies working there were AMAZING. Will definitely be making this a must every time I come to town to visit my daughter at App. ?

Beautiful shop on Main Street with a fun selection of gift ideas and unique clothes. Better pricing on clothes than a lot of stores in Blowing Rock. Can always find an awesome ring when I stop by

They’re selling items from their online store but not honoring the shipping cost calculated when you check out. Kellie contacted me after the fact wanting an additional $20 for my order, stating that they’re aware of an issue with the shipping estimator. I refused to pay the additional shipping cost because I didn’t feel it was my fault. Unless they’re going to honor the shipping cost calculated at check out, they should shut the store down and not continue allowing customers to place orders. Very unfair and poor business practice!

A must see shop in Blowing Rock. Beautiful pottery, high quality crafts, very creative clothing, distinctive one of a kind purses with natural materials. The shop is an excellent place to buy gifts for all ages. We were able to purchase for all of our children and grand kids. Something for everyone. The staff was happy and helpful.

I wish I could have stayed longer! This was my favorite store here! I got this beautiful jacket on a great deal because of the lovely people that were working called the woman who hand made it and was ok with working out a deal! They were so patient with me as well, I wish I had gotten their names, so sweet!! (The jacket is made by CrazyTrain)
