I took my vehicle there to have the oil changed and when they put the filter on they didn't screw it on all the way. It fell off and almost blew my motor up, thankfully I caught it in time. This goes to show me this shop does careless work and I will never take another vehicle to them again.

These guy's were amazing fixed my lil car within day's after someone else tore it up and the prices are very much reasonable!! Definitely the only Mechanic that will touch my car if it needs work done. Thank you Mr West and the gang .

If you don't know how to work on a certain model car just say so instead of wasting time and money. When someone is paying good money then is not the time to learn as you go, we could have just used YouTube.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Not first come first served by any means. They will stop working on your car and get back to it when they feel like it if somebody comes in with a more expensive problem. They make deadlines they can’t meet and getting them to answer the phone is a lost cause. Been waiting almost 5 days for what was supposedly a “45 minute job” needless to say I will never return here again and I don’t advise anyone reading this to give them a try. What a joke of a business.

Would give zero stars if I could. Communication skills are absolutely horrible. They give deadlines they can't meet and then don't answer the phone for as long as they please. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Been waiting 4+ days to get my car back after what was supposed to be a 40 minute job. What a joke of a business
