I bought a laptop from Computer Solutions. They were the only ones selling laptops with Windows 7. I really felt I got a good price on this HP laptop. This laptop stopped working soon after I bought it. I brought it back and I was given great service. They exchanged the laptop for me for me on the spot. Great service, great people.

These guys have fixed my computer problems to my satisfaction several times. Fairly small problems that I felt were maybe a tad overcharged. The technicians are a little too dry with a lack to engage me in small talk. I like for the people that I'm doing business with to engage in small talk in order for me to feel connected to the business relationship. I would recommend them and I will go back to them for problems because I trust them to fix my problem but I would appreciate a small amount of effort to engage me in friendly smiles and at least a minimum amount of small talk about how I'm doing, how are my other computers working, etc.
