Had 4 new tires placed, an alignment check and a last minute oil change that required some extra attention following a previous dealership visit. Hester was more than accommodating and super professional; there was no upselling what I didn't need and they welcomed us back to the shop to explain all issues before moving forward. I will definitely make the 45 minute drive from Fayetteville for any future needs.

Excellent customer service all around. Front staff, excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The tech was amazing as well. He took his time to make sure it was right the first time. The owner was super nice and a joy to speak with. Of course their prices were the best I’ve seen anywhere. I was in Wilmington, traveling back home to Spartanburg. I purposely drove out of my way to get to Hester Tire. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. It’s likely that if you’re here and reading this, you’re on the fence. Don’t be, just go. I highly recommend giving them the first opportunity. You won’t need a second.

The Tech at Hester SAVED MY SKIN! Even after just closing he came out and fixed my tire good enough to go get a new tire at the shop, showed me damaged and went way above my expectations of service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
