On multiple occasions this store has been extremely unhelpful to my wife and I. We've been Verizon customers for over 20 yrs and this store's service is not inline with our overall Verizon experience. They only sell phones. They will not assist with service, device changes, plan changes, or basically any questions. I don't even know why they had a Verizon logo on their store. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere for your Verizon needs.

I purchased a new cell phone from this location. That experience was okay. At this time, I was encouraged to purchase a PureGear LightSpeed Wall Charger for $34.99 since my new phone was NOT supposed to be charged with my current older charger. I purchased and in less than 3 months, it would no longer charge.I went to the store and they sent me to Puregear website to file a warranty claim only to find out that I needed to pay an additional $12.95 to get another one shipped to me. I would then have over $50 in a wall charger that still may last less than 3 months. I called the Russell Cellular customer service line to ask for any assistance to my situation. Unfortunately, there was nothing they would provide me except to go through the Puregear website (no phone number for customer service!) and pay additional.The result is the store cannot do anything to back up what they are selling in accessories and the Puregear could care less their equipment lasted less than 3 months. Lesson learned! Customer service is not what it used to be unfortunately!

I placed two orders online to pick up in store and someone at this store canceled both orders without any notice or explanation which was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing if you’re ordering online for pickup don’t do it here unless you can appear instantaneously or they will cancel your order the same day you place it!

Eli did a fabulous job of saving my old data on my dying phone and transferring it to my new phone. So patient, kind and professional. Very understanding for those without all the tech knowledge. Made this experience outstanding instead of stressful. I cannot thank him enough ! Will always go back to this store

Eli was "right on"! I didn't know for sure what I needed but Eli took care of it and I was assured that if it wasn't the right fit there would be no problem, just bring it back...it was what I needed, so thanks Eli...everything is good!
