Stopped in to do a little shopping and ask a couple questions, I was meant with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Mr. Ruland and his son went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and answer any questions I had. Prices were great and the atmosphere was even better. I very strongly recommend Grace Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. My fiancé and I came in with a pretty significant time restraint for when we needed a band done and Nathanial took time to meet with us twice to go over what we wanted. He was able to guide us but we never get rushed or pushed in any direction. His pieces are amazing and I highly recommend him - we couldn’t be happier with our experience here.

Grace Jewelers is the best! They have a wonderful selection of unique, antique jewelry as well as their own line of Grace Signature rings. Highly recommend for a special piece, or something for every day use. They also do great custom work. We’re lucky to have them in black mountain!

I tried to fix my watch myself and didn't do the best job. Took it to Grace and they were kind, helpful, and didn't make me feel silly for attempting it myself. 10/10 would recommend.

Well I wish I could say something really good I have lost an enormous amount of jewelry from David over the years today I went in to get hopefully some kind of head side is how much the piece of jewelry I had my mother-in-law passed away and left a beautiful necklace I went in to try to get a price of how much I might should ensure it for I didn't want anything spectacular and he was so rude actually I was blown away he would not even take the time to take a look to see if they may be real diamonds or not and that's what I asked so no need to worry I will not go there again that's for sure I think he was too stuck on himself to take the time to give me an honest answer I just wanted to know how much I should ensure it for to send it in the mail would not even take a second to look it up and I was looking forward to buying some more jewelry for my wife which I have bought a lot from them but no need to worry I will not do that again he was so rude I could not believe it if you have a fine piece of jewelry take it somewhere else that's what I will do in the future and like I said I am blown away David was such a good guy not sure why this guy does not want my business Maybe by my looks I am an old long-haired hippie all he acted like was he wanted to buy my piece of jewelry and I told him two or three times it's not for sale how much he thought it may be worth as I will so follow my footsteps and take your jewelry somewhere else

We came in to check my wedding rings; to make sure the diamonds were secure. Not only were they thoroughly checked, but cleaned my rings for free. I highly recommend Grace Jewelers for any jewelry needs!
