The “lady” at the check in / out desk is hard to deal with, snarky and rude. Several times she has been snarky and rude to me and other people. I went in and asked for my doctor to fill out and sign a form for me. I was told that they have to be paid for everything they do so I would have to have an appointment to get my form filled out. To me this seems like a way to bill insurance / Medicaid unnecessarily. I left a message for the office manager to call me.
Update 07/02/2024: Still haven’t gotten a call back from the office manager.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been foreign interference would not recommend they do not answer the phone there's no way to get a hold of anybody but leave a message never heard of that and the doctor's office charge me $75 and then didn't send my medication sat at Walmart for 2 hours waiting then wake up in the morning call the pharmacy that they did send it to they didn't have it so finally they send it I get my meds and it's the wrong ones these people are very unprofessional the worst doctor's office ever

This has been my primary care provider for a number of years. The level of care and concern has dropped off dramatically in my last few visits and I won't be returning. I have felt rushed and like a nuisance for wanting to explain what I am experiencing. I've received better care and more time has been spent with me at Range urgent care in Black Mountain.

Do not go to this office unless you expect to wait 30minutes to an hour each appointment. You will also see staff members wondering the facilities without their masks and when you ask them to wear them properly you will be yelled at by the owner of the facility. This is the worst care I have ever received, I came in for an ultrasound for a time sensitive medical problem and the staff failed to inform me that I needed a full bladder and then proceeded to cancel my appointment and referred me to the ER after making me wait 45 minutes just to be turned away for their failed communications. This office is absolutely horrible, save yourself the pain and go anywhere else.

Is probably my company's fault, but if I could have had the forms in advance, my wait time could have been cut considerably. I do not appreciate arriving at a doctor's office @7:45 am and Everyone who arrived after gets in before me. A simple email with an attachment of blank forms would suffice, then I could fill out intelligently, print legibly and bring with me. One I filled them out, I was soon called and the exam itself was a breeze.

Since 2004 this practice has been perfectly accomodating with all my medical needs. I am truly grateful. My wait times have never been more than just several minutes and every staff member has been kind as well as totally professional. Whenever i need an appointment one is made very soon.
