If I could give a zero star, I would 3 motorcycles pulled up to get out of rainy conditions, and the lady inside kicked them out and made them move! Not motorcycle friendly.

Bathrooms out of order as always, I choose not to do business with gas stations that you can't use the restroom. Go to shell up the street.

Was parked in the corner of their lot while finishing typing an email before walking in to conduct business. Have parked there many times before and always greeted with a smile until tonight. The local PD parks there and nothing is every said to them not me until tonight. No signage up saying that there was no parking or no blocking in that area. I conduct business here every day but will be shopping elsewhere now!

Stopped by to fill up and use the restroom today. No soap in the bathroom. This is unacceptable. Especially during the covid-19 situation. Not good.

It’s July 30th and everyone is supposed to be wearing masks There are two women working and a man and none of them are wearing masks and neither are any customers A older blonde hair women and a young one and a man with hair up in a bun are the ones not wearing masks It’s unprofessional and just shows this place has no consideration for the people of black mountain

MOST gas station use a green handle pump for diesel and black for gas This place has a black handle on diesel and green on gas I reach for the green handle for diesel and luckily saw it was gas. Handle need to be reversed

Everytime we come to this store its closed for shift change for 45 mins. Once at 930 to 1015 and again at 1100 to 1245. They change shifts alot. The gas station up the road is always open just go there

Every time I've come here to get coffee on my break I've had to wait like ten minutes to be let into the store while the employees do other stuff. The old guy's pretty rude as well. But they have coffee, at least.
