We love this gym! It is such an encouraging environment. Mitch is our daughter's trainer, and we have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about him! He really knows how to encourage her and help her stay motivated, while providing her with high quality workouts! Highly recommend!

Great place to workout.They have Friendly staff ,clean equipment and some cool people that go and pump iron.
