They gave me bogus tax advice,that ended up costing me a lot of money years later in back taxes and penalties when the state and federal government discoved their mistakes. Totally incompetent, never again !!!

Good family owned. Almost my whole family comes here and I usually always do. Ive been coming here since I was 16 and the only time I don’t come is if I procrastinated my taxes for too long. I love to get my taxes done here because they’ve always treated me like family. I always recommend people getting their taxes done here.

I'm having trouble getting in touch with someone. I've left numerous messages and tried to make an appointment. There was a error on my taxes and all I want is the amount of my ammendment refund is suppose to be because I can't find out why I haven't received it 6 months later

We have been going to Rodney's tax service for at least 25 years and have always been treated like family, maybe better. Lovingood tax service will do our taxes for another 25 years, if I live. They are honest, and will keep you out of trouble, while getting you the best possible results.

I called to schedule a time to get my personal and business taxes done and had to leave a message. I never got a return call. I had my taxes done elsewhere. I called back today to see if they could help with an additional form we needed to send to the IRS and asked how much it would cost. We were willing to pay for it. We wanted to try to give them business again because we live in Bessemer City. They asked if they did our taxes this year and I said no and told them I tried calling to get an appointment and didn’t get a call back and was rudely told we need to go to whoever did our taxes. I will never try to give them our business again. I tried twice. Not again.

They advertise as having a notary. Went up there. Walk in, and there's 2 women on the other side of the counter, 1 is helping the only customer there. Neither of them acknowledge or even look at me. After 5min of standing there, still being completely ignored, I see a sign that isn't obvious saying "sign in be seated". So, I approach the counter and ask if I need to sign in. Finally speaking to me, she said "yes". All I needed was a notary. Long story short, after taking a seat and sitting for what seemed like an unnecessary amount of time, as the only other customer had left, and listening to the 2 talk, finally, "ok John, how can we help you?". "I need something nortorized.", I said. She replied back "We don't notorize.". So, not only are they extremely rude, they false advertise services. I wouldn't have written this review if they would have at least acknowledged me and initiated a dialogue and not waisted my time because of the misinformation on their business profile. I don't recommend this place.
