“I stopped by this location on 5/9/24 around 8:15pm and there were quite a few customers in the store. I only needed to grab a couple of things and when I got to the checkout I was 4th or 5th in line. During the time I was there, the only associate I saw was the lady at the checkout. Some of the customers ahead of me were frustrated and rude, probably because there was only one checkout lane open. By the time I was able to checkout, the line was backed up to the greeting card aisle. During this time the cashier was very friendly and even though some people were being jerks, she maintained a friendly composure. I asked her name because I wasn’t sure if it would be on the receipt. This lady’s name is Crystle and I told her thank you. She deserves more than that, especially since it was getting dark, the store was very busy and she appeared to be working alone. That is not a safe situation for anyone to work in, but I’m sure she was not alone and whoever was supposed to be assisting her was no where to be found. Maybe hiding out behind the two way office mirror, not sure, but also not right. Dollar Tree, you need to make sure your associates are safe and not working alone, especially at night. Crystle deserves so much better than the way she was treated tonight, and I only caught a glimpse of her shift. I hope you appreciate the employee that was there for your company and went above and beyond! Thank you Crystle!”
“Lots of good supplies. Miss the one in Spartanburg sc where we live. I was able to get several boxes of entenman's donuts. Will stop here if we're nearby on the home ?.”
“Normally I use to have problems with staff a the family Dollar but the past year the people that have been working there have been pretty cool. Thankfully since I can't go far with my car torn up. Or any friends to go places with. (Girls)”

“It is such a shame that some patrons are RUDE verbally to the staff of Dollar General on Oak Grove Road - I witnessed it today - those gals working there have to unload trucks and unpackage a lot of products on the shelf and they need more staff to help in my opinion - one gal came in and was EXTREMELY RUDE to a sweet gal that works there because she was unpackaging product and the line was long - it is a busy store - I think that DG needs to give them all a raise!!”
“Very friendly staff, and nice, clean store! I've gotten to know the employees and I have to say it really burns me up to see some of these reviews complaining about only one register open and shelves not being stocked because you all need to realize they , like every business are given a tight budget for labor! These people work their tails off trying to keep the store clean and stocked while also trying to run register, they aren't allowed to have more than 2 people working at a time most days and some days only allowed one person! So, when you see some of the shelves empty, that's why... When you see an employee outside smoking, that's probably the first break they've gotten in 4 or 5hrs! The two ladies that usually work during the day are constantly running around the store trying so hard to clean and stock and take care of their rude customers that do nothing but fuss and complain about them not standing behind the register all day while at the same time they're complaining about items not in stock! Come on people! Can you be in 2 places at once? These ladies do their best!”

“Great friendly staff and a nice clean store that is well stocked. Unlike all the other dollar trees around this location. Hands down the Dallas NC location is the best. We have the best store manager and all the other management is sweet and is willing to help you with anything.”

“I liked the Easter items. Check out was fast,however the parking area was nasty. Papers and cigarettes were scattered all over. Not all stores have this problem. I plan to find another one to shop atHope this helps..I love Dollar General.”

“It's Christmas. There were empty shelves. Looked like they still had stuff in boxes needing to be put out. I found what I was looking for and employees were nice.”
“I stopped by this location with 2 young boys that I care for on a hot Wednesday afternoon. We were buying pool noodles and a pool. The boys were super excited. Everyone in the store was kind to them. My hands were full with the boys so a man went outside to get the biggest pool for us. The woman at the register helped to carry it outside. Unfortunately it did not fit in the back. All of us went back inside to buy tie-downs to put the pool on the roof. The associate asked her coworker if she minded if she helped me put it on top of my car. As we were working on this a kind man who was with an older woman offered to put it in his truck and drive it to the house for us.This trip could have been a disaster but instead it was a successful adventure. Everyone was kind and helpful so these excited boys could enjoy their day. I want to thank each of these helpers. This is going to be a whole summer of fun for these littles due to you!”

“I came in to family dollar to purchase some things and was greeted by a friendly employee who introduced himself as Devin. Devin along with his co worker Dontay helped me find the things I neeeded. I’m from out of town so the family dollar was set up differently. I was in a rush and didn’t get the opportunity to tell both employees how truly grateful I was for there ability to help me find the things I needed along with there up beat positive attitudes.
