The automated phone is horrible then your service is horrible don't your employees understand people are sick when they come to you ! It's terrible they should look at how a customer feels sometimes you have to put yourself in the customers shoes. I know the big drug dealer cvs could careless

This location has gone downhill over the years. Corporate needs to step in and do something. It seems like since the pandemic hit, they haven't been able to keep staff.\\nThe pharmacy was forced to take on the clients of the only other pharmacy in town over a year ago. It has clearly been overwhelming for them.\\nMy family has always gotten our medications filled here with no complaints. Recently, my sister requested a refill and was told that they were waiting on the order, which wasn't a big deal, and told her it would be ready on Wednesday of that following week.\\nWednesday comes and it was not ready. My mom and my sister both called to inquire about it. Going without said medication increases the risk of depression and suicidal thoughts.\\nThe pharmacy staff told my mom AND my sister that they were too busy to check the truck in. My sister had to wait until the next day for them to check the truck in.\\nWe understand being short staffed and we understand that sometimes things aren't ready as promised, but what really upset us is that the truck inventory sat there waiting to be checked in. What if someone's seizure medication or someone's insulin was waiting to be checked in?\\nWe contacted customer service to file a complaint about the truck not being checked in, but I'm writing this to let people know that it's best to go somewhere else or to use a mail order pharmacy program instead of putting up with this.\\n\\nAlso witnessed one of the younger pharmacists speeding, weaving through traffic and cutting people off just to get to work... not sure what the rush is when you're barely doing your job but it's insanely disrespectful to act like that in the community that you serve.
