Make sure you double check the time when making an appointment or they’ll tell you the wrong time and then charge you a fee for their mistake.

The ladies are awesome!! I called at 9:00 and they had Peppers in NY 10:00!!! Very personable and so easy going. I would highly recommend them!!

My 4 year old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix is very temperamental & doesn’t do well with strangers. We had a bad experience with one of the chain stores grooming departments. They told me she tried to “eat them alive “ & the only way I could bring her back was to drug her first! I’m not drugging my baby to have her hair cut! My daughter referred me to Bubble Baths & Beyond & it couldn’t have been a better experience! The groomer came out and sat in the floor to get to know Daisy! She spent about 20 minutes in the floor playing with her and getting to know her before taking her back. When I got there to pick her up, she was playing in the office with the other girls, not alone in the back in a cage! There aren’t enough stars to give these young lady’s!!! Daisy’s hair cut is precious and she is just beautiful! We will never go anyplace else! 100% recommend!!!

Needed to get our three couch friends nails trimmed. Didn’t have an appointment but called and they were able to get them right in. Great with the dogs but the dogs were so well behaved for them. This was so good when compared to previous times with mail trimming.

Was recommended by a friend, took my Golden Retrever a couple of months ago, very pleased. Decided to take 7 month old Shitzu puppy for grooming. Called setup appt, asked the charge. Was quoted $40 ( sanitary trim for new puppies 1st visit) Took today, came to pickup. Was charged ovr 50% more, $65 asked why ? "Owners" daughter said she was stressed and had to use scissors on my puppy. I sd that wasn't what I was quoted...she started mumbling and sd its more. I pd reluctantly, I told her what i was quoted and then to b charged more WITHOUT upfront EXPLANATION was UNPROFESSIONAL & TERRIBLE way to do business . Not to mention my puppy was only there not quite 2hrs ( bathed, dried, groomed & had to struggle with pup in 2hrs ???? ) Come on !!!It was the pup's 1st time at groomers. Of course she's going to b scared & stressed.Can you say robbed !!Brooke your daughter is rude & extremely unprofessional.I'm EXTREMELY SURPRISED SHE HASNT CAUSED YOUR BUSINESS TO FAIL !!!WARNING TO EVERYONE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

My first time there dropped off my dads 2 dogs off they were there for 46 hrs and they charged me fo 3 days safe to say i want b back everybody you better off to take your pets to pet paradise

Both my dogs kept their clean smell for an entire 4 weeks.. the place is great.. I grew up with the owner of bubble baths and beyond, and the business and family are great people who care about others and have been great friends for 30 + years..
