“I love this place. Not only are the prices better than the franchised auto parts stores(O'Reillys, Advance, etc.) but they also know you by name. Sometimes can even figure out who it is on the phone just by voice and type of vehicle! Yeeeah mine and my mom's car messes up A LOT! Anyways, if you want great prices, nice employees, and a laid back, family like atmosphere then do yourself a favor and make this your new parts store!”

“We brought two of our high end cars from Charlotte to David Russell's shop. He and his crew did an AMAZING job! David has been in the business since he was 15- and now it has been 50 years for him. The turn around time of 3-4 days saved us from 4-6 weeks at the dealership for their estimated timing- in addition, we were able to not even need to have a loaner or rental car. For something that was to be an awful experience became simple and truly just a nice experience to work with someone so personable- and with such integrity. He and his crew take so much pride in a job well done which is not your typical business these days!”

As a tip, use one of the airline shopping extension or websites, look up advance, order online, then pick it up in store. You will usually going to get 15 to 20% off by buying your items online and picking them up in store; you will also grab airline miles, usually 2 to 3 times every dollar spent, just by using the online shopping site before shopping at advance auto parts.”
