I was trying to send some money overseas for my retired inlaws, but despite Lowe's advertising Western Union services, they never seem to have anyone working there that can do the transfer. I tried three days in a row, but not only could nobody work the transfer counter, but nobody could tell me when someone could do it. I even called ahead one evening and was told that someone would be there, but they had somehow disappeared by the time I got there 15 minutes later.
I really don't know what to say. If you're going to advertise a service, you should put in a bare minimum of effort to actually fulfill it, but all I got were lame excuses.
It might seem like a weird thing to complain about, but the place across the street that is a supposedly downmarket chain took care of the transfer the minute I walked in and I was back out in 10 minutes.

Nice but expensive. But the Beer Den is awesome!! John is an amazing beer expert!! John is the only reason I go there.

Visited your store around 5pm today & for the first time in many many years I was extremely disappointed. As usual I went to the deli to order my cold cuts for the week.
Store wasn't busy however the deli section was.
I had the pleasure of meet your associate Dan. Dan was very polite & eager to pleae. Ordered 3 meats which were cut to my request when another youngman arrived.
Dan asked him to cut my cheese,all down hill from there. The youngman shredded the cheese than balled it up to stick it in the bag. I made it clear I wouldn't except it. Dan agreed & told the associate how he should cut cheese, cut more cheese and repeated the same process balling up the cheese in his hand.
I don't usually request a mgr. but there were 2 standing a few feet from me, down hill after that.
I aired my disappointment earlier & what a waste of time !
The one mgr. looked at me like he was outer space & the other, "I'll speak to the associate about it". I continued standing there waiting for 1 of the managers to offer to cut a half pound of cheese for me , it wasn't happening. At that point it was clear to me why the youngman doesn't know how to do his job, if those above him don't see the need to resolve a customer issue than why should the associates care to properly do the job?
It became clear to me why my friends shop at your Clemons store where I went to finish my shopping, outstanding store.
It's doughtfull anything will come of my review or will the 2 mgr ever change their approach to helping a customer???
Please understand this email has nothing to do cheese but all to do with your management team that is running your store.

I used to do all my shopping here but lately everything I buy or pick up has been expired… not by a day or two more like weeks or even months. I’m really disappointed because I enjoy shopping here but the moldy bread and having to return things after getting home isn’t worth it. So don’t say I didn’t warn you!

This is a very nice store, clean and a lot of nice products here. They have a great produce department and bakery.
