I've been shopping this store for many years, probably done over 50 purchases. Great owner operated business with knowledgeable staff and everything I've ever needed. I was excited when the coming soon sign went up a long time ago and every trip there has been a success

DO NOT BOTHER. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. - I honestly have tried to support this place. So easy from my location. For such a big place they sure have a lot of nothing. Try asking for heat tape, pipe wrap, expanded metal, wax ring (for a toilet). The staff looks at me like I'm from Mars. Oh, LADIES.. beware. I was warned by Family members that this place treats females like lepers. So I ran a test. I walked in asking for a 10mm socket. My wife came in shortly after. She asked for a 10mm socket. For me: a person walked around looking for one. For my wife: "If we have anything like that, it would be back there by the wrenches, I think." SERIOUSLY ?!!? (Sorry boys. I witnessed it all. Heard it all). So, in my humble opinion... P1ss off. The Ace Hardware just up Rt 50. Go there.! EVERYONE gets treated like a next door neighbor - no matter your gender. Smiles, courtesy, respect. I walked in, asked for landscaping pins. "Oh sure. Right down this aisle. Almost all the way down. Bottom shelf. On the left side. Two box sizes.". BANG ZOOM... DONE. -- FOLLOW UP: After avoiding this place for a year, I was in the shopping plaza for something else. I REALLY needed a simple hardware item. I took a chance. All I did was walk in, ask the bored looking person at the register for what needed. Seconds later I was storming out all pissed off. - Look, I stopped outside, took a deep breath and put on a smile BEFORE I walked in. --- So again... P1SS OFF. I'm very much done with you.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help you out even when it's time for them to lock up and go home. They're always concerned about taking care of you first! If they don't have something they will suggest where to get it. I love that! Too many businesses only care about making money and not enough help the customers get what they need. This is always my first stop before going to the big chain stores.

We needed a hedger and mower and grant was great helping us locate the best options. We had something to return and it was a simple no hassle situation. This place is much better than the big box stores.

I understand inflation, but 1 ball of twine, 4 pieces of rebar, and a can of paint for $80 is ridiculous!! Your markup is way too high! And I have experienced this at ALL Town and Country Hardware stores! I will do my best to stay away! Convince me otherwise!

Has a great selection of quality products. Helpful staff. Wide selection of bolts and hardware. Makita power tools, Stihl equipment, Irwin drill bits. Large garden section outside.
