This place is a scheme. Cars over priced if financed!!! They WERE NOT in the shop for 2 days one weekend when I tried to pay!! I called and left vm and still got my car towed when it was them not there for me to pay!!!! Owed 250 before tow, 1412$ after tow. Money scheme. STAY AWAY unless you have money to give away. Cute faces but ugly business…..

I would give them -10. They hold your vehicle for days and won't release it. Don't even try to get it to you. Tell u to go online and make an appt. Whoever says they are nice, friendly, helpful people have blinders over their eyes. Don't ever do business with these people!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars or a -5 stars, I certainly would!! DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are the worst and they sell LEMONS!! They sold my elderly parents a car that the steering wheel locks automatically with no warning. They were told that before any work is done on the car to call my husband FIRST, and they failed to do that charging my parents $190 for a side mirror. I will never ever send anyone to this place!!!

They were provided by a roadside assistance company to tow a vehicle. They did their job. They towed it and that was it. They left the car parked in the middle of the dealer's pre-owned inventory and dropped the keys in the night drop box with a blank form and no details. They did not contact the customer to let them know that they had dropped it off and their dispatcher was ridiculous with her attitude. No professionalism at all.
