Beware!!! Bad customer service and lies to customer. Was in the store the 16th of Dec and bought a sweater for my niece. Asked if I could exchange it and get a refund if it didn’t fit and was told I could get store credit. After Christmas went back to exchange it and was told not refunds or exchanges past a week. She didn’t tell me that when I was there I so I wouldn’t have bought it.

First, I was not greeted when entering the store. Not once was I spoken to. I’m not sure who the young lady was that was working, but she did manage to stare me down like I was not welcome. I was a visitor to the town of Benson and certainly did not feel welcome here.

This store is even more amazing in person!!! Have watched the lives several times but going to the actual store and meeting the lovely ladies I see online was the best! The customer service was on point! They were not just trying to make a sale....they were honest and told us what they thought! Grace and Mrs. V were the best!!!!! Good laughs and fun time for sure. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

New customer and I love it they have all sizes even to 3x and the clothes are in trend with the latest fashion. And I love there motto faith over fear! Did I mention the prices are reasonable as well. The owner is very nice! The store is very clean and cute. I hate I didn’t know about this place sooner.

I ordered a monogrammed lamb lovie for my best friend's baby and it turned out beautifully. Great customer service! The order took a little while to get to me because I ordered through Etsy but the owner was very apologetic and sent me a beautiful pair of earrings and a cute hair tie and a note apologizing for the wait. So nice! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I love this Boutique. Nestled on Main Street in Benson, The Royal Boutique & Company calls to me every time I drive by. The beautiful glass windows display bright and cheery outfits any southern woman would be excited to have in her wardrobe. From the moment you walk through the historic glass door you feel welcome. Employees greet you with a smile, and are always helpful. I'm not a small girl by any stretch of the imagination, and shopping is usually a headache for me. Surprisingly, I have to pick and choose what to buy here, because I love everything I try on. I'm a size large and it's easy for me to find shirts and dresses to fit. I've seen some shirts up to a 2XL, so they have a wide variety of sizes. I prefer a classic southern style, so brands like Mud Pie get me every time, but they also have a huge selection of items that are on trend. I also find the prices very reasonable, so take the time to stop in while you're shopping around Benson!
