Went here to get a set of rims and tires mounted and balanced and when I left I didn’t even get 100ft from the rockside tire and my wheel fell off. I then called them and he didn’t really seemed like he cared at all he just came out the and jacked it up and tried forcing the wheel back on and when he did get it on he told me to drive it to his shop and I told him I couldn’t because my tire was touching my upper control arm and tire rod because something got bent or my Allingment got thrown off from my hub spinning around the inside of my rim so he just got upset and said if I want it fixed I’m gonna have to drive it back up to the tire shop which would cause way more damage than already done so I had to call my buddy with a trailer to take my truck back up there for him to tell me my lug nut were to small that why it fell off well then why didn’t they notice then when they mounted them…?
I really think they just don’t know how to tighten lug nuts all the way. anyway he refused any refund
And didnt wanna replace my rim that’s now scratched all up he just gave me new lug nuts and said there was nothing he could do now very poor service would never recommend rockside tire

They were all so sweet, service was fast, and they were very reasonably priced and worked with me. Popped two tires going to work in Raleigh 8am in the morning. Highly recommend Rockside Tire!

Came to see if Gerardo was there to get a tire and to my surprise he was not there either, this place is not the same but they do have reasonable prices prefer to see him and get my service. You want more help and for someone to respect you while conducting business but I see now it want every be the same. Please bring him back……

Gorardo was so amazing and quick to very friendly place. I will always come back there. If it wasn’t for him I would not have gotten my tire fixed so fast.

In the middle of a trip down to FL and our tire went flat on the highway!! We got off the at the next exit and found this shop. Gerardo helped us immediately when we pulled in, gave us a great price and even sent us down the road with some ice cold beverages!!! We were there maybe 40 minutes, which was great in the sense that we didn’t waste that much travel time with this inconvenience. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and even better that it was service with a smile. :) would definitely recommend.
