“Had a great experience getting a tire replaced here! We couldn't get it done the original day we wanted to because they were super busy and understaffed which we totally understand and it's not the employees fault when that happens so we rescheduled for the next day. We arrived early for our appointment and made sure they knew we were fine with waiting as we knew we were there before our scheduled time. They were not quite as busy and were able to get us taken care of a little early; they made sure we were comfortable for our wait and before we knew it I had a text the car was ready to go. I have a regular mechanic I love but when he's closed, Walmart comes through in a pinch! Do try to schedule appointments for what you need though vs walking in, and be understanding because they really are short staffed and doing the best they can. A little kindness goes a long way y'all. (While I was waiting both days experienced several other customers not being so kind and understanding of things.)”

My husband and I were traveling and stopped here because we had our oil changed in Wilmington prior to traveling and the shop in Wilmington forgot to screw the plate under the vehicle back in place. These guys fixed it for us and did it very quickly so we could get back on the road. Can’t thank Travis and the team there enough for their work and kindness!”
