“I went in for a 3 axle alignment on my 2025 Kenworth T-680. Because of a design flaw in the front bumper, it looked like the alignment couldn’t be done. After a few minutes of studying it, the tech figured out a way. The whole process took about 45 minutes.

These folks take care of you, and know their stuff. Give them a chance and you will be a repeat customer, like me! Previous: Just had first service on my new Explorer and am very pleased. Appointment was easy to get and Michaela, the service manager on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke to the technician, Donald, who serviced my vehicle as well. “I visited a small town in Erwin NC the other day. Beautiful location. Very quiet and country feeling. I visited some of the stores. The stores were very clean with friendly customer service. Walmart was one of the stores I visited beside some others. There are great restaurants around the area as well. I would visit it again.”
