He changed the front and back glass to my iphone12 pro, put a new screen protector, he fixed my nephews iPhone glass and today he replaced my iPhone battery. Which was beginning to swell (not a good thing).
I recommend XO to everyone and anyone having issues with their phone. Berto is honest, reasonably priced and SOOOO much faster than BestBuy. He has my business for life.

I am business customer and when I come in she treats her business customers like Gods. Sabrina was kind and tried everything to help and she was helpful when I told her I had to leave. I will be getting a tablet and home internet from her the end of the month. I have been to corporate locations and she has help me better than anyone else has. I hate not to see her every month but I will be back for other services. Go see Sabrina for all your services in Erwin and Smithfield.”

“I was treated spectacularly by Katharine at the Dunn branch! Super Knowledgeable and friendly. Stayed open past closing time to be sure my questions were answered and that I purchased the correct accessories for my phone. But the kicker is $90.00 for two lines and unlimited talk, text, data and that comes with 15 Gig hotspot for each device! Does not slow based on data usage. Plus you get 150GB of cloud storage included with plan that is for photos and video storage. And last but not least you get HBO Max/Ltd. Commercials.”
