Called to inquire about a part FOR MY JOB as I am a Service Advisor. Spoke with a gentleman named Terry and he was extremely rude. Told me there is no such thing as a mirror cover and I’m sitting at my computer looking at the part number lol. He wouldn’t let me give him the part number and I asked for a ‘No Quote’ number because I have to have proof I called somebody for insurance purposes (very standard practice between parts vendors and insurance repair companies) and he told me flat out no. Luckily I asked for his name before. I understand if you don’t deliver to us but at least be professional and not make both of our jobs harder. Very bad business…

Called to inquire about a part. The individual didn't answer the phone such as a business would. I asked if they had a specific make and model of a vehicle and the individual did not even answer the question. The individual said abruptly what are you wanting.... I re explained the part and he replied can't help you and hung up. I was going to ask where I might be able to find a place that could or a place that would be recommended. However I wasn't even afforded the opportunity to ask the question. RUDE AND CARELESS about customer relations. Don't waste your time.

Very careless with other people's time and money. Took 24 days to get refunded for a transmission they sent out to us that was missing all the internals. I let them know the very next day, and it was the end of the month before they resolved the issue....they showed no concern for the bind they put our business in by having a customer's vehicle torn apart, mid-repair for nearly a month.

We had the hardest time finding a special motor for one of our company trucks, Jimmy found us one for a great price and was so friendly, customer service was of the best quality. If you need something, Jimmy will find it and keep you posted along the way. Thanks!!

This company is not even worth your time I tried to explain that a motor we got to install in a jeep didn't work and was knocking less than 20 miles driven and they refused to refund the money. Lesson learned I will NEVER buy from them again and I would highly advise you to look elsewhere. I understand that everything you buy at a salvage yard isn't going to work but when the owner refuses to listen and simply says no refund it's best to go with a company who's owner will at least listen to you.
