I called to ask if this site offered pickups and utility trailers. They did not, but instead of saying "Have a nice day", Hannah was amazing and provided top-notch customer service. She offered to check her system for all the other locations in the area to get me accommodated. She walked me through several options and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend working with Hannah at Integrity!

Awesome staff, very helpful! Rental rates are on part with most places. Trucks are brand new and very clean. They have online check-in and return, which is very convenient. I use them whenever I need to move anything.

Upfront their customer service is amazing because they want your money and they want to fill up the storage unit but once they have it don't expect a call back if you want to move to another location that's more secure. Ultimately what will happen is anything at stored outside will be vandalized and they have no security cameras That are capturing every angle of everything. Since they are personal property, police can come onto your property and take pictures and stand on whatever they want to to capture whatever they need to form a petty misdemeanor investigation. Do not store your outdoor units or vehicles here as there's no way nor a guarantee that it will be secured and protected.
