I would highly recommend being using this family for your tire needs. I was stuck on the side of the road at 6:00 a.m. in the morning with a flat. They came out before 7 changed my tire to the spare and took the flat tire in to be repaired. They contacted me and said that the tire wasn't ruined. The cost of the roadside service and repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them

Excellent service at really good prices. I had them come out at 6:00 a.m. one morning on the side of the road I had a flat. They got me going with a spare and fixed my tire. They put the tire on that afternoon when I got home and put my spare back up under my pickup. I will always use these guys in the Benson area

Traveling from FL back to NY we got a flat on the interstate around 11pm. Thought we were going to have to get a hotel and wait till morning but thankfully Carlos responded to our call and had a matching tire in stock. He met us at his shop, and within 15 minutes we were on our way. We cannot say enough good things about his friendly service, great communication, and willingness to help us out. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience with these guys when I got my tires replaced last Monday. They were extremely nice and professional, even when I forgot to bring cash and had to drive to the bank after the tires were already swapped out. I'll be going back anytime I need to get my tires changed for sure.

Been searching for the perfect tire shop since leaving my home town in NY two years ago. I found it! No miscellaneous charges/fees plus fast and friendly service from the two gentlemen running this small business. One set price for all 4 tires. The guy ahead of me said he would go nowhere else. Well, neither will I! You won’t be disappointed (unless you’re looking for fancy waiting room with blaring TV). Enjoy this shop in a country setting.

Y’ALL. When I tell you I was a damsel in distress sobbing on the phone on the side of a highway I’m not exaggerating. Carlos came to rescue me and was calm and collected, and took the BEST care of me!!! Within an hour he had a courtesy spare on and had me home, where I was able to shower and get into bed and finally collect myself ? By 11am the next morning, Carlos was able to special order my very large all terrain tire and have it all installed within 15 mins! I told the men at the shop I hope I never see them again BUT if need someone; I’m speed dialing them!!!!! After all, I’m just a d*** blonde in a lifted Jeep who ran over a construction bolt! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Carlos and team! Diamond is back on the road living her best life!

The tire shop was open until 10pm on a Wednesday! I called for a quick and easy quote, arrived at 9:30pm, they started on my tires and were done 15 minutes later! Honored the quoted amount. Very friendly and informative would highly recommend them to any family or friends! Not easy to find a shop you can trust don’t hesitate with these guys!

Family Tire Shop is my new found family and mechanics. Don't let the tire name deceive you, they are also knowledgeable in other mechanical areas as well. They just finished replacing my brake pads quick and efficient. Ran over a bolt which lodged into tire. Stopped at Just Tires. They would not fix Tesla tire with foam. It was 7 pm and everything was closed. Called Family Tire and nice man said he could fix it and was open until 10 pm. Drove there. He was nice and knew what he was doing. Did job that chain tire shop said they could not do. Charged a reasonable $35 dollars. He saved us. Trip would have been runnier if not for him. Thanks

Got a hook in our tire in Interstate 95. Googled Family Tire Shop. Pulled in and got our tire plugged and we’re in and out in 15 minutes. Incredibly accommodating, polite and professional. Would highly recommend!
