It’s rude to go in a store and ensure that you’re not using your mobile device when checking out but to have a cashier hold a whole conversation while you’re making a purchase is just rude and disrespectful. I’ve had a cashier eating a whole plate of food while attempting to ring up my order. There really needs to be a customer service training at this location. And the store always smells of old mop water.

Has a contractor that is always on the road. It’s extremely hard to find a clean restroom to use and this one is one of the best I have seen in a long time. Customer service really clean environment.

You really need to paint the concrete barriers yellow or red not white! These blended in during the rain and screwed my entire car up! I’ve never hit anything in this car and today screwed both doors up and can’t get out of my car now!!

I was in your store at 735 pm on Oct. 1, 2023. The sales girl was very nasty. She did not say hello, did not make eye contact with me at all, did not smile at me, did not say thank you to me. Politeness goes a thousand percent over her attitude that she had tonight. If I was a supervisor she would have been reprimanded and written up. She does not belong addressing the public with her attitude.

Air ripoff! I stopped at the Family Fare gas station on Hwy 210 and 40 to inflate my tires. They charge $2.00 for 5 min. I set the psi to 36 and in 5 min. the pressure in ONE tire went up from 32 psi to 34! And the compressor stopped…

This store may be always clean it's only because everytime I try to go in it they are closed! A parking lot full of people and u lock the doors on them! Come on everybody knows u take care of the customers first when it slows down then do what u gotta do! I have been to this store now twice in the last week and both times I see someone walk out and I walk up it's now locked! I understand they have a job to do but pick a better time to do it my review is a big fat E-!

I walked into this place and the lady at the register looked in my face twice and didny say a word. She looked at me looked away and looked at me again and didnt say welcome to family fare, good afternoon, hi or anything. I had to speak to her to even get her to acknowledge me. I am such a customer service person that this really bothers me. I feel if you are in customer service you need to be able to provide the proper courtesies. Anyone who visits this store, I feel you should know what you could possibly expect. I didn't catch the ladies actual name but it's something to the effect of Rossa Ann.
