Twice now was my prescription not ready in a timely manner. The only 45 minutes turned into 4 hours. This is a very unprofessional pharmacy!!!

I have used CVS for over 40 years and have been very satisfied. The prices have come down and the coupons are great. The staff are always stocking shelves and are very helpful with finding items. I also use the Health Hub for my vaccination and find it easy to schedule appointments.

Husband had major surgery and narcotic had to be refilled. Script was sent to pharmacy by Orthopedic but apparently Insurance needed a prior approval to fill it. Pharmacist did not say a word to me about it when I picked up meds. She gave us 7 pills instead of the 40 that it was written for. When I contacted the pharmacy the next morning I was told that the pharmacist who filled script was not a staff pharmacist. The prescription is now void and the rest of the meds can not be dispensed. I should have been given the option to pay for full script out of pocket but nope. Not a word. Docs office is now working to fix issue. Last chance for this pharmacy with my family. They simply don’t care and I will give my business to someone else. No stars

The pharmacy at this location has not been reliable, quick, easy or anything that a pharmacy should be. In the past year on multiple occasions I have waited in a line with 3 or less people in front of me and it has taken over 20 to 30 minutes just to get to the counter. I have gone to pick up a prescription and told I need to wait only because they gave it to the WRONG PERSON and I need to wait for it to be returned from the person they gave it to in the first place. Today I walk in to this location to pick up medicine that I received a text message confirmation no less than 30 minutes prior to arriving and apparently the pharmacist just left after lunch and they have just completely closed the pharmacy. This location needs a staff that we can rely on again, it has gone to absolute garbage!

Customer service has been VERY POOR lately. On September 28, 2023, I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot for October 4, 2023 at 12 PM. Today, October 4, 2023, arrives and I show up for my scheduled flu shot. As I’m arriving, I notice that the pharmacy staff appear to be shutting down the pharmacy. I step up to the counter to notify the staff that I’ve arrived for my 12 o’clock appointment. The pharmacy cashier states that she doesn’t think that they’re giving any more flu shots today. She then turns to ask the pharmacist if he was done administering flu shots for today. The pharmacist rudely responds that he’s not doing any more flu shots and he’s “got somewhere to be at 12:30.” So, I’m standing there confused, because I’m being blown off as if though I was just a walk-in. I then state, “but I have an appointment.” The pharmacy cashier apologizes and states that they’ve (CVS) been having trouble keeping pharmacist at that location, causing it to interfere with vaccinations. Understood. However, what I don’t understand is why no one had the common sense or common courtesy to notify me that my appointment would need to be canceled? The pharmacy staff and pharmacist knew this morning when the pharmacy opened that the pharmacist would be leaving early and would not be able to fulfill vaccination appointments. I have a job where the influenza vaccine is required. I go to CVS for the vaccine for the convenience. Just to put the icing on the cake; I’ve been waiting 3 days for my prescription to be filled. I was told that the medication was out of stock and it would be ordered for the next day. Here we are 3 days later, and I am still waiting for my prescription. If this CVS can’t keep a pharmacist or guarantee a pharmacist throughout the whole day, who’s checking on my prescription order? Who’s making sure that customers’ prescriptions are being filled?

For years I've endured the ineptitude of CVS at Hwy 210 in Benson, but now I'm done. I've switched to locally owned and operated pharmacy. That being said, I am now in the process of filling complaints with the State Board of Pharmacy, the Attorney General's office, the BBB, and the CVS Board Chairman. You DO NOT HAVE TO BEG to get your prescriptions filled ON TIME and wait days for relief. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE TALKED TO LIKE DIRT OR SHAMED FOR YOUR MEDICAL CONDITIONS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR HALF A REFILL WHICH ILLEGAL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and find a pharmacy that will be legally and ethically responsible to you.

After trying repeatedly to get a virtual appointment, I drove to the minute clinic to do a walk in appointment and wait as long as need to be seen. I tried to sign in on the kiosk but it wouldn't give a walk in option. There was no one around so I went to the pharmacy to ask about walk ins. The pharmacy person was rude before I even spoke. When I tried to get info she very rudely told me to go to the kiosk and walked away. I rarely give negative reviews. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but she was beyond the "I'm having a bad day" level of rudeness. Thanks to her bitchy response I will drive to Erwin before setting foot in that store again. Actually, I am not even going to try to use my aetna/cvs insurance at cvs again. I would rather pay for a visit than do business with them. I didn't get her name but her bushy long wavy hair can't be missed.

The people in the pharmacy are very helpful they always have my meds quickly. They do need more help which is everywhere. If government keeps giving out money this problem will never go away.

I’m basing this review on my interactions in the Mini clinic. I went for a Covid test. Tasha was awesome!!! She spent time with me and discussed my options for treatment. Explained this in a way I could understand as we laid out a plan of attack. Very impressed with the care I received!
