My Silverado broke down driving from Ocala FL to Maryland. Transmission needed rebuilt. I was happy they were able to rebuild it in a short time period (2 days) for a decent price however, the transmission already needs rebuilt just 7 months later. They gave a 12 month, 12k mile warranty but our milage is over that.

I was in Benson seeing patients (Home Health) today when my car's battery died. Unfortunately, my patient did not have a car and did not have a jumper and closest neighbors several yards away. It was also raining hard, thus I could not walk to the nearest neighbor. So, I googled towing and car services in the area and called a few towing company, but all of them said they could get to me after an hour or more. I then called Carlyle's Transmission Services and spoke with Shane. Shane said jumping cars is not part of his services, but that he will come to me. In less than 10minutes, he arrived and had my car battery running in no time. After that, I asked him how much do I owe him, but he said "Don't worry about it."... It was raining and he went out of his way to help a stranger. I am forever grateful and if I have a need for any transmission services, I will most definitely go to Carlyle's. I was a stranger, not a customer, and Shane provided top notch service; how much more when I am a paying customer?
