Went to the boost store in Benson and got there at 7:15pm and they were closed and was not suppose to close until 8pm, so I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so because doesn't seem like this store never stays open.

I've never encountered such rude and lazy customer service as I did yesterday in this store. The employees or employee was not capable of reading a bill correctly or doing simple addition and subtraction . She was very argumentative. Acted like I was an inconvenience bc she had to get up out of her chair in the back office and off her phone to assist me. Instead of de escalatiing a situation,she insisted on causing more escalation.ehoever owns this store should really reevaluate a few of their employees. Very unprofessional..I will.continue to post until her supervisor is aware. I've never had a problem at this store with any other employees
