Came in just to buy some headlights and Derrick not only helped me select the correct lights he helped me remove the old ones and install the new ones. I truly love great customer service and just because of this interaction I will always visit this location before any of the others. Thank you Derrick and the Auto Zone staff KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

The employees in this store were truly amazing to my family and myself. We stopped to have our vehicle scanned because of throwing codes on a 5 hour trip home. They were very polite, accommodating, and helpful during the time we had to spend at their store waiting on a tow truck. I am very appreciative of the kind gentleman.

Derrick was great! He fixed my battery and had me in my way. He even had to do a few extra things to make it cables stay on and he was so nice throughout the process. Excellent service! 10/10

Store sold me the wrong alternator, then assured me Angier location has 2 if the alternator I needed in stock. I got to Angier store where they attempted to sell me the same alternator I had just returned to the McGee's store. Didn't have the time I needed in stock.

I had to come all the way to exit 319 from Benson, because the woman at the Advanced Auto in Benson refused to change my battery. The young men who worked that evening at this Auto Zone were very nice. Adin changed my battery in the middle of the storm. It was raining like hell. I feel like Adin deserves a pay raise. To change a battery in that horrible weather.? It was really bad that evening and tornado was approaching our area. So, picture it.

I stopped by here for an emergency to change the headlight on my car. An associate, Josh, helped my brother and I review my options in lights and educate me on the differences and he also helped us change it on the car. Very grateful for him and his kindness as it was already dark and much harder for me to drive. The facility was also clean and organized.

I came back, bought a great battery from Bridgette who put it in, cleaned the connections + my front headlights so the vehicle looks so much better! Original post: Just wanted to say thanks SO much to Bridgette who lent a car charger for my dead battery! BIG thanks for helping an over 50 lady stuck with no help! I'm so very grateful!
