“These folks are super to deal with as they are there to solve problems - correctly. I needed new tires for a trailer to pick up a pallet an hour away, as one of the existing tires was dry rotted. They had them in stock and got them right on. Not only that, but they noticed I didn't have a spare. They looked for and found a used rim that would fit. Awesome! ?”

“I have been taking my 2 autos to Crossroads Automotive for 7 years. Historically, I have had most maintenance and repairs performed by the brand dealers but a recommendation was given to me by a relative for Crossroads when I moved here. My experience has been positive. I recently had 200,000+ miles maintenance and new tires on my Tacoma. The Serpentine drive belt became damaged a day after the maintenance. Crossroads got me in first thing and gave me a loaner vehicle and replaced the belt and repaired associated damages at no cost identifying the problem in the new belt. I appreciate their upkeep on my vehicles, auto expertise and their focus on customer service. I recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy repair shop.”
