I was truly disappointed yesterday, I usually get great service or at least good, but.... I entered was greeted but the items that I purchased rang up at a totally different price other than what was listed. I asked the cashier to check the price and she proceeded to ask .... What cooler ? So I showed her . Needless to say she did not have a clue. I explained that they ALL were in the same spot. Fast forward .... She would not Honor the price nor did she care!!The whole issue is Customer Service !!! Why is it my responsibility to make sure the employees are pricing the products correctly ?Why is it my job to she the lady where the unpriced second item was?? Do you not work there?? Why are your Vendors not tagging the items correctly.I know Hiring is a joke right now because I too have the same issue but I wanted to let someone know and I could not find a way to contact the Corporate officeThank youLynn

1/12/22 I stopped by the store about 8:15am to get a cappuccino. I was debating on going here or across the street for it but something said go to this store. I walked in and the clerk spoke to me. I said good morning and went to get my drink. I was disappointed they didn't have my favorite creamer out. I thought about leaving to go to the other store, but then the clerk spoke to me again. Friendly chat. I'm not a morning person at all, but that wonderful gentleman had such a wonderful and cheerful personality that i just couldn't help myself but to interact with him. He truly is a special person and was so happy I didn't go across the street. I believe it was meant that our paths crossed. Ill be going back to see him again. My only regret was i didn't get his name but the company needs to know what a beautiful man they have working for them. Yhats such a rare experience anymore.

Apparently conducting an "upgrade" leaving the store cash only. Couldn't be bothered to tell anyone prior to reaching the counter to pay.

For 10 years, Scotchman has been my "go to store" for French vanilla Cappuccino, beer, snacks & cigarettes. It's quick & convenient whenever I leave the house. They rotate thru a lot of staff, but they have always been friendly

I love going to scotchmans for the points. This particular location ashley was there she said since 11 pm the day prior. I went home, made her breakfast muffins n took them to her. The people working at these spots are salt of the earth.
