“I brought my car here to check an issue that I thought I was having, I chose this place because they had such great reviews. After going I can see why! I was immediately greeted when I came and they talked and listened to me without making me feel dumb (as a young girl I feel like this is the case at most places as I don’t know much about cars). I was truly blown away when i went to go pick up my car and Alan (the manager) did not charge me as they could not find anything wrong with the car. Though he said to bring it back if I start having issues again. I feel great knowing my car is safe AND that I now have a great place I can take it to if anything comes up.”

“I have taken my vehicles here for the past 7 years or so(my wife and fathers vehicles now to).They always offer fast and courteous service. I was in a pinch last week with a stuck brake caliper while doing some urgent flood repair on a property and they got me a new one installed within about 20 minutes of me pulling up for the request. They put new tires on my vehicle about a week ago and unfortunately I ran over a nail. They just installed another for me w/no charge for the tire. I cannot recommend BSI enough! Thank you”

Dealing with Cottmans was very easy. They were very professional and had excellent customer service. The price of repair was comparable with other quotes I received and actually came in a little under their original quote. I was very pleased with the ecperience I had with Cottmans .”
“One of the most excellent car repair experiences I’ve ever had. Was in town car shopping when my breaks all but failed. Had an inspection a few months ago and was told I could get a bit more out of existing ones, but I had heard some scrubbing sounds. Over the course of a few bocks while driving through downtown, the scraping worsened at stoplights and began to sound and feel like my car was breaking down. Happened to be near Economy Auto Service, so literally rolled into their lot at 6pm on Thursday evening not knowing a thing about them. I barely got out of my car when approached by a smiling mechanic (seriously, he saw my troubled expression and had the most warm, empathetic greeting)that I later understood to be the owner. I explained my situation, being nearly an hour from home with my family. He did a quick look and showed and explained that my breaks were dangerously worn. Without having to ask, he offered to stay late and replace them after finishing a car he was working on. He sent another employee to get the parts and I drove away just before 9pm with my car driving so much better. All three workers were nice, polite, and professional. There was even a picnic table and cold drink machine for our use while we waited. Nice to find people and places like this still exist!”

“Nancy and staff were phenomenal . We were on a road trip with our two toddlers and baby and got a flat tire. Every tire repair shop was closed or longer than an hour wait. I called Nancy and she got us in within minutes , got the repair, and beat everyone else’s prices . HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Was able to install a battery into my Dodge Avenger which is above to wheel well out of view. Meineke wanted almost 400 bucks for a two year warranty battery and labor. Walmart installed a one year warranty battery for the price of just the battery, about 80 bucks. I have no complaints with the Leland NC store.”
