“I went to the AT&T store in Leland after spending 2 hours and 58 minutes on the phone with an AT&T rep trying to get a problem resolved (tech could not figure out what was wrong). Upon entering the store, we were warmly welcomed and the rep, Hunter, instantly knew what was wrong with the phone and had the phone fixed in less that 5 minutes. Hunter was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Wish we had went into the store first, instead of spending so much time trying to get a tech to help us over the phone.”
