Bad customer service,,,,,, i bought a zelda game played it for 1 day and didnt like it and they didnt want to let me return it cause it was opened but nothing is wrong with it

Went in Belmont Walmart just grabbed a bag to put on handle of Cart to protect from germs. 2 workers at self checkout was hateful and rude said can't take a bag was very ugly about it. Been a loyal customer for years after that treatment no more. Just wanted to cover the handle protection from germs. Sad . Embarrassing.

Get inside no grocery carts so I turned around and went left and I'm going to Foodlion by my groceries and I will never be back to Walmart to buy groceries ever

Cleanest Walmart I've been to in the charlotte area. They have most of the items I shop for regularly. Their shelves are stocked and neat 95% of the time. Only complaint about this Walmart is their parking lot. It has a lot of potholes.

This was by far the worst experience here. I wanted to use the fitting rooms. 3 employees and the customers service department later...was told the fitting rooms were not open because that staff had went on break.!! Apparently no one else in the store has keys to the fitting rooms when covering breaks. This makes no sense to me.I eventually was able to use after someone ( another customer) crawled under the door to open. She wanted to try on something too.After I came out of the fitting room, the employee was back from break and had the nerve to ask me to put all my stuff back out on the floor because she was the only one working in that area!!! Grrrrrrrr

Walmart do a poor job of protecting there customers and it's not a safe place to shop Your making millions and this is what customers get wow I really miss wool worth and Kress and mc Corey'sThe bathrooms are nasty they can't keep the store stocked it's dangerous going too your car and going into the store no y'all don't need a security company you need off duty police officers let's see if they care about the customers in the this area yeah you spend all your hard earn money there but they can't make it safe really

I can see why they're always so busy here! 1.they always keep up with their mass volume of customers, i shop here frequently and I never have to wait in line very long, they usually have a minimum of close to 20ish self check outs and a couple of normal registers 2. The staff is always so polite, very helpful and very time efficient whenever I need help with missing price tags 3. The store is always organized and clean, been going here for years now and never seen as much as a bug or broken items 4. Customer service center here is always very helpful and very quick! I mistakenly left a few items behind and the store manager Mr.Todd had the problem solved within 2 minutes after I rushed back to the store Highly recommend!!!

Ummm if you want paint mixed don't don't dont come here! The "manager" Nicole was so mouthy and disrespectful! I waited 30 minutes for someone just to come then got the worst treatment and attitude from her. All while 4 other employees stood around with their cell phones in hand doing nothing! Umm if you can't treat your custom with some sort of respect maybe you should not be working somewhere you work with customers!! you are not the only store in town!!

Y'all ruined my dinner. You guys need to pull Smithfield's roasted garlic and cracked black pepper pork tenderloin off the shelves. Unless it's going to be rebranded as what it is and say "black pepper flavored black pepper pork tenderloin that you can't taste any pork over the black pepper". Also you need to carry Texas Pete Carolina Mustard bbq sauce because it is fire .

I would never go here nor send anyone here, ever!!!! I could make a list about why : 1 - I bought tires , they messed them up by crazy over inflating them, causing issues with my tires & pressure issues with the sensors etc. 2 - I specifically asked to keep my tires, I even explained to them why. Well to my surprise they called me to get my car, I was just walking around the store. I came out the shop was closed (early) and just left my car and slip/work order in my car. I got in my car and my tires were gone!! On the work order they put I asked them to take them and even charged me to do so. Why would I have them take 4 brand new tires?? The only reason why I needed new ones was because the tires I had on that I asked to keep were too large for my vehicle and they were new, the employee I dealt with even spoke about how much I could sell them for. They stole my tires!!! Told me they had no idea what I was talking about!!!! 3 my work order slip says something about a pressure sensor thing being removed, it states I asked them specifically to remove one as declined valve stem in the drivers tire. WHAT ON EARTH??? 4 they scanned my vin but have the wrong color of the car and completely incorrect mileage. Oh wait it gets worse!!!!! 5 the next morning I went out to my car to get my laptop out of the back and my prescription med out of my center console. BOTH GONE!!!!! They were there prior to me going to Walmart? How do I know this for sure because I literally moved them just to head to the store so my nephew could come with me. I began looking around my clean car my grill & earrings were also missing!!! I looked every where even had a second set of eyes look GONE!! When contacted of course they denied everything now I don't even feel safe driving my car who knows what's up with the tires and who knows if they did anything else after all they did rob me!!!Take my advice - don't ever go here!!!! NEVER EVER.
