I was able to schedule an appointment for Neko and she was treated as if she was family by the assistant and vet. I had a lot of questions that were answered well. They make you feel important and they actually care about your feelings and will make sure you are ok and happy with everything before you leave. They let you spend time with your fur baby and they let you put a few things in with your fur baby to be cremated. I highly recommend Urgent Vet in belmont, nc.”
