Website states they open at 9am. Store is still not open at 9:30am . Stood out front for 30 mins. Please update the store hoursWent back at around 3:10 pm to only be told she had appointment at 3:30 and didn't have the skills or time to do a faded mullet.. (I did ask what time they open and she said 9am! Guess just not today)I have a normal barber (but he was out of town for 2 weeks) I just was trying to get a quick touch up and she let a $20 tip walk out the door!

Wanted full high lights, she went to wash it out, turned my hair purple, then tried to fix that, and turned it green. Do not go their for bleaching/ highlights. Spend 50 more dollars and go somewhere that will take care of your hair properly. They can not deal with bleach! I usually do my own and have never ever had this happen to me and im no salonist, wasted my money and damaged my hair. I didn't won't to post bc I don't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully this can save someone from kaing the same mistake I did

I had the absolute best hair dresser named Heather who shampooed, cut, colored & styled my hair and it looks great. This was my first time ever being there and I will be going back. I felt so comfortable and relaxed there, because I'm usually feeling stressed & a bit out of place, but not here. Heather made sure I was taken good care of with anything I needed. I recommend going here & I recommend you ask for Heather on her work days of Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
