“I love finding boutiques!I found this place by accident one day as I was running errands, and did a quick peek for a wedding theme color. Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back.When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience!I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store!I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :(There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience!However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there.The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.”

“One would not think that Gastonia, NC is the location of one of the finest women's clothing boutiques in the south, but I really think it is. The selection veers from classy to eclectic, the sales people are helpful, friendly, personable, and as involved as you want them to be. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, i.e. I bought a $120 dress, $180 black trousers (they stretch, but they don't look like they stretch!!!) that I am certain I will wear until I die, a fabulous green suede calf length jacket that will turn the plainest ensemble into fabulous ($130ish), and an indescribably shaped red top that I will wear to Christmas parties as long as I am still invited to Christmas parties. So what I think about that is you get what you pay for, within a working woman's budget. It's the kind of place where for a stylishly reasonable price you can purchase a piece that you will love and wear for years and that you will never see replicated anywhere you go.”
“Really like this location. The store is rather small but they carry a lot of merchandise without being too crammed. The store is nicely organized by style and type of clothing, and by gender.The staff do an excellent job keeping all matters in order, clean and organized. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They are readily available with the knowledge and technology to assist customers. I enjoy shopping at this location. I seem to have good timing on sales because I frequently find great deals. You'll like this shop - I recommend it if you're looking for good gear.”

“Today was my first time ever visiting a journeys and I'm not usually one to write reviews but I felt like my experience deserved one. I'm always nervous shopping with my kids because we all know how kids can be in a public setting, but I was met at the door by a lovely young lady by the name of Eli who immediately got the attention of my kids and offered them these cute Halloween stickers to keep their little hands busy so I was able to shop peacefully and successfully. She was very fast and polite and helped us not only measure all the kids feet and found shoes for them that fit but also myself. They didn't have the size I wanted and she went through the trouble of bringing me a bunch of shoes in my size so I could select from multiple options just to make sure I left with a comfortable pair of shoes too! Shopping is usually a stressful experience for my family but she very much took care of our needs and went above and beyond to help us. It has been by far the best customer experience we've had in any retail store. We ended up getting 4 pairs of shoes today and I will absolutely return soon. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for shoes and for anyone reading this review ask for Eli! She was a huge help!!”
“Me& My husband passed through Charlotte airport on the way home to Indiana. James Thomas helped my husband with some shoes, and jeans. He was very professional, and wonderful customer service we have not seen in a very long time. He needs to be promoted to manager are store manager he was amazing. We don’t see that much these days especially in our state we live in. He was very patient. We recommended this store to anyone that is stopping at the airport in Charlotte. “This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”
