I have been having my lashing done with Lex for 3 months now. I had never had lash extensions before, and I now, I can't imagine not have lashes! Lex is simply amazing she is always on time, thorough, consistent and never makes you feel rushed. The environment is very relaxing, and Lex adds to that by allowing me to just zone out and enjoy the peacefulness. She'll even offer you a cozy blanket. It's such an amazing opportunity to get a mental reset, to the point I have even fallen asleep a few times. I absolutely love going to see her and everyone else I have encountered at LOM has been wonderful. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This place is phenomenal! Moving from Florida and having an brow bar that knew me so well, I thought it would be really tough to find a new place. Shaia is amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend this place and her.

Amazing services and environment. Volume lashes here are stunning and Hawa kills it. Everyone as soon as you walk through the door is so kind.

Great haircut but unclear on pricing. I went in for a "cut and blow dry." My stylist asked if I wanted her to blow my hair out after the cut. I understand a blow out is a different service, but I thought it was odd to ask that when she had another client in 10 minutes (my hair is wildly thick) so I thought she meant just blow dry it. 30 minutes later and $20 extra, wish she would've been up front on pricing before so casually asking!

I started coming here in December 2021 for lash extensions. I had never had them before so was a little nervous! After the first visit I was HOOKED! Shaia is my lash artist. She is so sweet and does an amazing job. The environment is so clean and relaxing, I love the chair they have for lash extensions. I almost could fall asleep from being so relaxed. So happy that I found this place!

I absolutely love this place! I've tried several other lash artists outside of LOOM and none have compared to the quality of lashes or lash artists. You can't go wrong with any of the lovely ladies here :)

Thanks to a wonderful friend, I got my Lashes done for my birthday! I got them done at their new place that recently opened in Indian Land SC 'Loom at Flourish' ! Excellent job! I love them. Friendly staff members. I will definitely be going back!!

One of the main things I was worried about moving from CA to NC was finding a great place to continue getting eyelash extensions from. I had been going to my same person for years and the thought of seeing something else was really freaking me out. I am so glad that right before I moved someone from NC moved to CA and started going to my place and told us about LOOM. So far I have been a couple times and I have when to Kris and to Bry, both ladies are amazing! I am so happy with my lashes and I am so glad that LOOM was recommended to me. I will be a customer for as long as they are around!

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted here and had a great visit. The staff were attentive and quality driven. Definitely will come back :)

This place is all about the $$$. After my visit the stylist noticed that the color didn't take to my grey and the area at the top of my head didn't have many highlights. She made me an appt to go back free of charge. My grandmother died and I canceled the appt via email. I rescheduled for today and the manager calls me to confirm and tell me that now I have to pay $65 because its been more than a week since my appt. This mistake was on them not me and I only missed that appt because my grandmother died. This was cruel and unnecessary.
