This was my first time at this store in Belmont. It's larger than the other store or at least appears to be ( Charlotte Eastway) with different items. The checkout clerk was helpful and I will definitely drive back out here for shopping again!

There's a Roses up the street from me but I grew up going to the Roses in Belmont and when I tell you I truly enjoy this place especially the employees. Everyone is very helpful and so sweet. This is definitely one of my go to stores for reasonable clothes, household products and old school candy like Mary Janes, Bit-o-honey and fruit chews. I go in for one thing and come out with like 15 items. One stop shop like Walmart. Everything you need in one location. I have no cons about this location. Anywhere you go there will be long lines, it just depends how bad do you want the product and how patient are you. For me, i've learned to have patience. The lines don't bother me. It's the great customer service that keeps me coming back. Great conversations and vibes.

Had a great experience with their new assistant Manager Nate. We bought an Ashley lift recliner for my father. He was so helpful and kind. I didn't know they sold Ashely furniture in addition to home goods.Nick (Mgr) and Jerimia (Reg Mgr) should be proud that he's there.

Not only did the Dove products smell ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE DOVE. I buy it enough to know. Matter of fact it smelled like baby shampoo IDK. I didn’t complain to each it’s own. But i draw the line with the expired food. EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THAT COOLER WAS EXPIRED AND DISCOLORED. I politely ask for a mgr NOT TO COMPLAIN TO BRING AWARENESS. MAYBE THEY ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO CHECK IT ONCE A MONTH ??♀️. The cashier says she probably busy. Okay i told the cashier to come to me and i whispered it to her and pointed it out. She said Oohh god and went back to ringing customers up. I will never return EVER I DONT CARE WHAT IT IS IM LOOKING FOR. I definitely want to bring awareness.

I always thought Roses was just a clothes store… so wrong! They have a huge assortment of groceries and everyday essentials. Housewares like pots, pans and containers. Home furnishings, electronics (off brand ones, like Polaroid headphones??)The employees aren’t very friendly, hard to find and they tend to only be found in groups at the front of the store.Otherwise… prices are almost the same as Walmart. Great place to stop by if your in the neighborhood

I’ve paid the price so you won’t have too. Don’t buy the plants and bulbs from here. None of them have come up. Alliums and crocus are usually hard to kill and none of the bulbs I purchased grew.
