All the other roses flooring and furnitures do not compare to Belmont. Nick is one of the most patient, nicest , most helpful worker I have ever seen. He explains everything so good and makes sure we have all the information about finance and protection plans! He helped put me into the perfect sectional for my big family. We love coming to Belmont to see Nick he always has a smile on his face for every customer and always talking and greeting everyone! He has our business everytime we're looking for new furniture or rugs. 10/10 recommend y'all go see Nick.

Had a great experience with their new assistant Manager Nate. We bought an Ashley lift recliner for my father. He was so helpful and kind. I didn't know they sold Ashely furniture in addition to home goods.Nick (Mgr) and Jerimia (Reg Mgr) should be proud that he's there.

Love coming to this location to purchase my furniture! Nick is a wonderful and helpful associate! I like to change up my house so often and finding the perfect rug is so hard. Nick helps me pick out the perfect rugs that match the vibes I'm going for in my living spaces. He's a breath of fresh air in the roses!

10/10 service! Nick is the best furniture salesman I've ever met. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He deserves a raise , everytime I shop at roses he's always smiling back in his area ! Very nice Young man. Only recommend going to see Nick at this location!

If I could give zero stars I would. I put in an order for the grey sectional couch that they have displayed at the end of January. Nick told us, “yes you will get your couch in two months” he said all we had to do was see if we got approved through American finance and we was set to go. I got approved and was excited. The two months had past and I did not hear ANYTHING FROM ANYBODY about any updates. No one contacted me or emailed me. The way I knew that my order was delayed even more was I received an email from AMERICAN FINANCE telling me that I the dates had changed for my first payment on the couch. I contact them and Nick did not have great customer service towards me at all. Every time I would try to ask a question he would cut me off as if I had no reason to be upset about them having bat communication skills with their customers. So Then he told me that the couch would arrive in MAY. So here is may and I still have no furniture in my living room. Last week he told me that my further was coming in The beginning of June but another lady told me it was coming at the end of June. This place has a horrible team and no of them seem to be on the same page. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. It got to the point where I called Roses corporate to complain about this issue and contact the manager over the furniture company. As of today I have cancelled my order Mind you I understand that it is COVID and things are being delayed but COVID is not a great excuse for it still not arriving. It is May 13th and I still have not received the couch. Go else where for your furniture needs. This place is horrible.

Great place to shop, great salesfloor salesperson. In home, I am very thankful for assistance to assemble 1 item by car pickup and prompt truck delivery with another being simple assembly. Store sale floor, salesperson, & delivery excellent. Purchases --excellent selections and buys.
