I am sorry to say I had bad experience with R & M Auto Center Inc. I took my car for tire rotation and state inspection. I drove out from the place to the gas station and was hearing noise coming from the vehicle. I stopped at parking lot and found the oil cap unscrewed. The oil was all over hood thank God I was not driving long distance. I went back to them obviously they are denying it was not them. To the loyal customers of theirs, be careful and check after the vehicle is handed to you. Also they charge additional for the tint to pass inspection they assume it won't pass inspection. My vehicle has manufacturers tint that is light not like vehicles that are peach dark with visual one can easily determine that .

I recently had to have an inspection done on my dad's GMC Canyon and I noticed that the brake lights weren't working so I took it to Firestone in Belmont. They weren't able to fix the situation and they advised me to take the truck to a dealership or to an electrical mechanic. So I went to Victory Chevrolet in Mt. Holly and the service advisor told me that I shouldn't waste any money in the vehicle because it was old and smelled liked mold, mildew and had the worst water damage he's ever seen. I inspected the truck myself and didn't see any water damage, mold or mildew. The smell was actually from some grease and oil that had been in the truck.
Needless to say I was disheartened and didn't know what to do so I looked up mechanics in the Belmont and Mount Holly area.
This is where I came across R&M Auto Center, their reviews were almost perfect so I called them and spoke with Leslie, she was very helpful, professional and pleasant. She set up an appointment for me relatively soon and explained pricing for me. When I arrived, I spoke with Cameron and explained the situation in detail with the brake lights, the driver's window not going down and locks not working. He assured me that it would be taken care of. He also reiterated that the diagnostics fee was $103 and if they didn't resolve the issue in the first 45 or hour then there would be an additional charge for each additional hour.
I left my vehicle overnight and when they call me back the next day, to let me know what the issue was, I was worried but Leslie explained that they found the issue and it was a simple fix for the brake lights. I was extremely happy about the price because I was thinking the worst. They finished my vehicle and did my inspection as well in a timely manner.
When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised that the driver's window worked and the locks on the truck worked as well and yes the brake lights were fixed. They took care of everything and didn't try to exploit the situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend R & M Auto Center for your vehicle's repairs because they are truly honest, upfront and do great work on your vehicle for a very fair price.

A chevy dealer refused to work on my 2000 chevy blazer, said it was to old
R&M not only took care of everything that was wrong, but took the time to deliver my fixed blazer back to me, R&M is the only place I would recommend to any one for service

I had replacement wheels/tires installed on my F-150. They gave me several time options and got me in and out quickly at a great price. The staff was helpful and friendly. I’m pleased to find this business and I recommend them highly.

I was an auto tech/mechanic for them but I lost my job. I was out of a shop for almost 14 years before they hired me so I understand why I was let go. They are great people and Godly people and it was a pleasure working for them. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. They will fix it right the first time and they are wonderful people. Family owned and have been in operation for 40 years. Just a great place to take your vehicle. 5 star shop. ?

I couldn’t ask for anything better. After traveling to many different repair shops I’m so blessed to have stumbled upon this one! They knew exactly how to make my bumper good as new. After being quoted by other repair shops it would cost $3,000 to replace, R&M had me fixed and ready to go with less than $100 spent. I couldn’t rave enough about this place. They don't kno what a off centered clutch plate looks like spent 2400$ for a crooked steering wheel, but don't worry I fixed the car myself and at least it made it out of the parking lot smh wouldn't trust them with a hot wheel car
