We went through planet home lending and I had surgery and told them that we would be a little late because of that and that said that would be ok they would put that in the chart. Then my husband and I went to buy a house and they put that we were 30 days late. Then when we called to ask for prove they would not give us any not this is affecting us.

PHM was referred to my husband and myself by our realtor, and she specifically said “ask for Leslie!” Leslie was always there with answers to our many questions, and worked with us each step of the way! Platinum Home Mortgage was extremely helpful in the process of buying a home. They were always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in their field. We worked with Ed and he was always a pleasure to work with. He would call for updates and keep the process rolling so we could get a house as soon as possible. Ed was always available when I needed him, and if not he called me back as soon as he could. If you want to go with a local mortgage company you should choose Platinum Home Mortgage.
