The old lady's demeanor screams discrimination. Maybe it's towards men or Hispanics or both. Same lady that tried to over charge me to sign up. Everywhere else didn't try what she did. "Because you're registered at another facility we need your picture for security reasons." While leaving after my workout. Mind you I've been coming here for the two month I've been living here.

8/11/24 20+ people outside of the door waiting to be let in. 15min later still no one here to open up the facility. Phones are not transferring to any office to receive help or report an issue. Poor poor management. Embarrassing the facility hires people unable to wake up before 7am.

So many machines can't use them all. I've never seen it crowded but parking lot always full.

Clean. Well attended. A good crowd but not overcrowded. Plenty of well lit parking.

Been going to this location for a little over 2 years now. It's not a bad location and most of the staff is nice. I've seen a few of the girls that work there power tripping and harassing gym guests for the most trivial matters. One guy momentarily lifted his shirt up a few inches in the mirror to look at his ab progress and a staff member came up and told him he was making everyone uncomfortable... which was not true. For a while, they also got pretty liberal with the lunk alarm. There are some exercises that are almost impossible to do or end quietly. I understand the "gym-timidation" thing but there is a huge difference between getting gassed out and a deadlift set falling a little heavy vs someone screaming after a PR. #knowthedifference.
Beyond that, their main issues are a general planet fitness issue and not location specific....why do you have an insane amount of cardio equip that on the busiest day is 60% occupied at most but yet there is a waiting line for squat racks... every single night? Why do you not have bench presses? Why is one of the massage chairs always semi broken? Why are half the paper towel holders always empty?

Staff at this location is the worst of any planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Awful!!!!!!! 1 star is too much.

I like the gym, but Planet Fitness as a whole by closing early on weekends and now Monday is turning alot of people off..main reason they go to the gym after hours Is.because of work hours (me), less crowds...the decision makers are sometimes as smart as a rock..gonna loose alot more members than saving a lil $
