“Just want to thank the manager of the Belmont AT&T store (I will update later when I have a name) for taking the extra time to help me with my phone, which had been severely hacked. I had lost control of almost every account on my phone, and after days of trying several different options, I was running out of ideas and my sanity. After making sure the other customers were taken care of, and explaining the AT&T options available to me, the manager then took the extra time to go through each of my accounts on my phone and help me reset every password from the tablet there at the AT&T office.
