“Already responded to a survey for Kohls regarding my experience of having lost my car keys while shopping at the Gastonia Kohls. The customer service provided by Stephanie (Manager) and her team was phenomenal! They are a great example of what “used to be” considered excellent customer service that is no longer provided in our world today. Kudos to Kohls in Gastonia. And I have to add, I’ve shopped at many other Kohls locations, and they too provide excellent customer service. Don’t know what they’re doing to get these top shelf employees, but they sure do make shopping a most pleasant experience!”

“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”

Also, this location has the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at an old navy store. Will be back.”

“It's been extremely rare that I go mall shopping and a store employee goes out of their way to be kind. Actually, I didn't get this man's name, but it must be his nature to be so kind and outgoing. My son clearly had the longest day and was just done with the day, but an employee told him to sit down on their couch and came back with stickers for him. I noticed this was the way he interacted with everyone he came in contact with. Another employee went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for my son, too. As we walked out of the store, we talked about how great our would be if every store had employees like these guys.”
“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
“Bought a full suit here for a daddy daughter dance and it was a great experience. A couple weeks ago I rented a suit from a different store. The one that says "you'll like the way you look" and their service was terrible.Jos A. Bank had better service and better prices. I ended up buying a full suit, getting the pants tailored for less than twice the price of renting at the other place.. and had a shirt ordered. Thanks guys!”
“Mateo and Matthew are above exceptional sales men! I have a extremely difficult time finding my current size of 28 waist 34 inch inseam and these two spectacular gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me in finding my size. I found one pair in store but desired to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale and when I could not find a second pair in this Charlotte store they went in their stores system and found my second mid blue denim pair in Virginia! And had it shipped to my house!!!! I love the 311 shaping jeans. They are my "go to"! I have at least 5 pairs ranging in sizes 33 waist to 29 waist all 34 incge inseam because even when I'm pregnant I wear my levis! Now that I have lost weight I need a smaller waist and thanks to these two Super considerate gentlemen I will now have my size!!!! As a tall women of 5' 11" having the right inseam matters more than anyone could ever understand!!!! Again. THANK YOU Mateo and Matthew for everything! Be blessed! I mean I couldnt even find these jeans online or in Atlanta Macy's. My husband has been looking for months, and you two pulled it off in less than 30 minutes. I am beyond ecstatic and will be shopping at this store again!!!!!!”

“A very good place for clothing. The choice of clothing is quite good, and the price is very good. It is not that expensive, and many items are on discounted price. Most of the discounts are only available for in store purchases and not for online purchases, so sometimes you may find a good clothing but your size may not be available. But overall, the availability of the clothings are very good.Place is very clean, and the staff is friendly.”

“I’m not one to write reviews but Lauren was the absolute best from top to bottom. I ordered the wrong fit online and took them to the outlet store and had a great experience. Lauren was at the door when I walked in took my items while I looked for a replacement and when I didn’t find the size I needed she went above and beyond to get what I wanted ordered all while having a line and helping other associates.
