When you receive a quote they don't include tax. Why not give a person the out the door price. To not do that seems like you're being deceptive and misleading. Kept my vehicle for 2 weeks didn't have the courtesy to give me a call to let me know anything about my truck and didn't offer a courtesy vehicle was given excuse after the excuse on why my vehicle was not repaired in a timely fashion when asked for a discount was only given a minimum small minute discount that after the taxes were added was only about $20. From quoted price of $1,155 to a out the door with discount payment of $1,144. We're not recommend Keith Hawthorne to fix my matchbook car let alone any other vehicle that I own. When asked for a bigger discount the service manager denied my request but asked for my wife to take down her negative comment off their website in the review section no discount no review removal then the service manager asks for me to call him I'm the customer You should be calling me to make it right but never received a phone call.

Rick farmer is a honest man and I was charged the price he said it would be after my repairs were made. Good people. Great service ?
Got brakes and oil change they did good work. Just wrote down wrong mileage but they can be corrected. Just got my truck inspection done. Quick service and good people.

I have took my car to Ford for the fourth time each time they would find something Different wrong But the same light is coming on. I would not reommend them to a pig. They will give u the run around and take your money. This is Keith Hawthorne in Belmont.

My husband dropped our f-150 off on Wednesday August 14th. He was told that it would take 2 hours to fix. He called daily for an update on the truck. He was always told that he would be given a call back with update. Never received a call with an update so the following day he called back and there was always an excuse. The mechanic assigned to the truck had to leave early one day due to family issues, then the following day when my husband called back for an update he was told the mechanic didn't come to work that day due to family issues. On Friday August 30th we still didn't receive call or update on our truck. My husband called back to back on Friday August 30th and no answer. We drove to the dealership to find 2 gentleman sitting at the service desk. As my husband walked in a gentleman said oh this is Mr parker as if they were screening the calls that was coming through. My husband was told to give them until Tuesday September 3rd which is today. That the mechanic didn't have the tools he needed to fix our truck and that he hadn't even started on it. My husband then said to the gentleman your gonna have to work with me on the price because y'all have had my vehicle for two weeks and it hadn't even been started on. We were inconvenienced because we had to catch Uber rides to and from work which is costly at the distance we have to travel for work. We were prepared to pay for a couple days for Uber but not two weeks with no courtesy calls or updates on what was going on. As I came to the dealership today to get my truck the guy told me the total price was going to be 1,144 dollars. The original quote was 1,189 dollars. The gentleman told my husband he took labor from $775 to $650 which was $125 dollars but my vehicle had been sitting on the lot for two weeks and didn't get started maintenance on it until after my husband came to the dealership on Friday August 30th. This is not an acceptable amount for a discount because we are still pretty much paying what was quoted. We wasn't even offered a courtesy vehicle since they had it longer than expected due to no fault of ours. This was originally a recall but we missed it by a year on the number of years and by a couple hundred miles on the mileage. My husband and his father has been Ford customers for over 30 years. If we can't get a resolution to this our next step will be action 9 news. I do not recommend this place!!!

Friendly and Thorough great service rick was awesome i had a hub go bad they diagnosed it repaired my bad hub changed my breaks and had it back to me the next day highly recommend them
